Seller reviewIt's hard to share in a brief testimonial what Jorge did for me. I had been trapped in a contract with a previous agent that I lost trust in. After having been bombarded with calls, everyone says what they know you want to hear. Jorge offered me the option to fire him if I ever lost trust in him. So what he did: he spoke the truth and showed me why he was speaking the truth. He got the foreclosure sale to stop, he got me an address for my new ADU as well as made the calls to get my new gas and electric meter set up and when I ran out of money of the buyers to agree to release the deposit so I could finish the work. I would 2 weeks for loosing more than $300kmpf equity before Jorge stepped in and treated my home as if it was his. The process was overwhelming but he was detailed and always had proof of everything I asked or questioned. He's out of this world. I trust him more than I trust my own family. Thank you

Buyer reviewFor my first home, I worked with a relative of mine. I didn't know it was going to be an expensive learning lesson until it came time to sell my first home and a lot of things came up that she neglected to help me with. I worked with Jorge to sell my first home and it's how I became aware of things that had existed at my home for decades before I bought the home. I couldn't change the outcome of that but for my next home, Jorge's guidance and step by step action plan was amazing. I didn't know to the degree that a home can be inspected. I did spend $1,200 in total but with what was discovered, Jorge helped get me $18,000 credit for repairs and an additional $6,000 credit for closing cost. I highly recommend him. He's great and honest!

Seller reviewJorge did a great job. I still remember when he called me at 7:15am to tell me that my property had expired from the market. I got many calls but his knowledge and enthusiasm caught my attention. It was easy to recognize his voice when he called me back. He always followed up with me like he said he would. He was very honest and for that I am thankful. He's a good agent. He won't waist your time.

Buyer reviewOver the past 20 years we have purchased and sold different properties but never in a competitive market like todays. We had a different realtor for almost two years and we didn't get anywhere. We originally called Jorge on one of his listings. While the property wasn't for us, his level of communication, attention to detail and the way in which he asked a lot of questions really stood out. Nobody had ever bothered to ask us how purchasing the new home would benefit our lives. It seemed like he interviewed us more than we interviewed him. To make a long story short, our dream home was out of our reach. All the other homes on the area were selling for way out of our budget. Our offer wasn't the highest but Jorge offered terms that made us feel really nervous, but got us the home. We worked so hard for 30 years and never imagined that we would have what we now have. So so thankful for Jorge's help! Your amazing.
