Jorge Rosa is an outstanding sales agent. We started to actively look for our home in April and looked at a few homes throughout Northern NJ. As a side note, this was our first home purchase and new very little about the home buying procsss. We made a wish list of things we wanted in our home and of course we had a budget. The home we ended up with is our dream home and Jorge helped us obtain it in a very competitive market, particularly in the town we made our purchase in. The home went on the market on May 21st and by May 26th we had the home under contract and 6 weeks later we closed. He walked us through every step of the way and communicated effectively with our mortgage broker and closing attorney. I HIGHLY recommend Jorge to anyone who is looking to buy a home. I don't have a personal experience of him selling homes however I do know of a relative who hired Jorge to sell their home and he did an outstanding job as well. He's smart, professional, enthusiastic and eager to please his clients and holds over two decades of experience. You will not regret working with him. He communicates well via email, text or in person.. which is a big deal in today's market and customer service. He's always ready to serve.
