Unfortunately things were delayed and we had to postpone our search for almost an entire year. After a year jose came back as if he had never left and continued finding us properties that fit what we were looking for perfectly. Clear communication, quick responses, and a genuine care to find us our dream property is what he delivered. We settled on an amazing rural property in southern oregon that checked off every box on our list plus some. He also fought hard for us in negotiations and was patient and understanding through the many ups and downs of the first time home buyjng process.
