He was in constant communication with the lender, the listing agent, the escrow company, and myself to make sure we were current and up to date with anything necessary so that the process is smooth. If I had any questions or concerns, he was very quick to figure out the best response and solution for me. I truly believe that this all went so well due to his diligence and advice.
