We had met Mr. Zagone 20+ years ago when we were looking for a cabin in Ruidoso. Mr. Zagone showed us 142 Meander (now 148) and we fell in love with this property and bought it. We enjoyed our cabin and have shared many memories but the time to sell had arrived. After interviewing another realtor, we agreed to return to Joe. His experience and confidence as a realtor sold us on having him as our realtor. The sale of our cabin came fast and sure. We were pleased that Mr. Zagone kept us abreast of what was happening during the sale process. We are very pleased with the sale and he was able to get us a better even sale than we expected.
