He is well spoken, extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of selling a home, readily available to his client for questions/communications/issues, is able to provide answers immediately because of his depth of knowledge and truly works with the best interests of his client uppermost in his mind. He listened to my concerns - addressed them - we sometimes compromised - I sometimes prevailed - he sometimes prevailed! He explained the selling procedure from his personal standpoint as well as the standpoint of The Harrelson Group in depth and clearly and simply so that I understood how the process would work, the steps that needed to be followed, and what would lead to a successful outcome for him as well as me, the seller. My home wad sold in a - to me - record time of one week - and for a greater than asking price. The description of the home and pictures were very complimentary and inviting @

Seller reviewJoseph Barrientos was a real professionalfor such a young man. He was a great listner and communicator. He was fair to negetioate with and worked as hard as anyone could expect during these slower times. We were considering switching agents at the suggestion of our brother in law who lives down there. Joseph put it in high gear and had to have put an URGENCY close on our prosepctive buyers and closed the sale on our 90th day. I'd recommend him to anyone.
