He is well spoken, extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of selling a home, readily available to his client for questions/communications/issues, is able to provide answers immediately because of his depth of knowledge and truly works with the best interests of his client uppermost in his mind. He listened to my concerns - addressed them - we sometimes compromised - I sometimes prevailed - he sometimes prevailed! He explained the selling procedure from his personal standpoint as well as the standpoint of The Harrelson Group in depth and clearly and simply so that I understood how the process would work, the steps that needed to be followed, and what would lead to a successful outcome for him as well as me, the seller. My home wad sold in a - to me - record time of one week - and for a greater than asking price. The description of the home and pictures were very complimentary and inviting @
