For the past 11 years, I have prided myself in giving all my clients unsurpassed real estate service and going above and beyond their needs and expectations. I have had the privilege of selling nearly 300 homes in Montour, Columbia, Union, Snyder and Northumberland Counties. Always having my clients best interest in mind and using the principles of being honest and upfront has allowed me to grow my business.

I began my career in this business as an agent and soon realized I wanted to pursue and needed to obtain more knowledge to better serve my clients. In 2013 I completed the necessary courses and earned my Associate Brokers license. Soon after achieving the goal of an Associate Broker I was asked and accepted the Office Manager position at Century 21 Mertz & Associates, Inc. Danville office.

My passion and drive in the real estate business has been acknowledged by past clients who continually refer their friends and families because of their experiences using my services, and that is the best compliment I can receive!

Joe was excellent. We selected him because of his knowledge, preparation and quick reply's. There was never any doubt that he knew what he was doing. When he listed the house we got an exceptionally quick offer at an excellent price. We accepted it and a few hours later we met with him to sign the contract. Everything after that went smoothly and he quickly responded if I had any questions. All the horror stories about selling a house DO NOT apply to Joe. It was a far better experience than anyone could hope for. My previous comments cover it. Prompt, knowledgeable detail conscious.

If you are looking for real estate in the area contact Joe Humphrey, he is the best in the area. Joe, always showed us the properties we wanted to view, he was always prompt to the appointments. What makes Joe stand out as the best amongst his peers, is his professionalism, customer service skills, his patience, he was always reachable and available to answer questions. I was especially refreshed with his regard for our desire to stay within a certain price point. I never felt pressured to buy higher or steered towards a purchase that we did not want.
