I come to Century 21 Cedarcrest Realty with an extensive management and customer service background, after more than eight years in the restaurant industry. I have always prided myself on having exceptional customer service skills, fueled by my passion for helping others. As an extension of that passion, I am active in the community as a volunteer firefighter for the Little Falls Fire Department. From extinguishing homes to selling them, real estate provides me the opportunity to work with others to help them pursue their dreams of owning their first home or buying investment property or properties.

Seller reviewThis was an extremely challenging sale as it was the result of the untimely death of a family member. Nevertheless, Joe Scotto was extremely adept at handling many of the tasks related to preparing the property for sale, while our family mourned the loss. Joe went WAY above and beyond to accommodate us, FAR exceeding what we could ever expect from a realtor. Joe met with us regularly and e-mailed us frequently with status updates on the pending sale and even met with our attorney to make sure that everything was progressing smoothly. Joseph is very tenacious when it comes to selling property and we benefitted greatly from his real estate expertise.
