Joe Washick was recommend from a friend and was excellent to work with through out the entire process. Joe is very knowable of the area and is always responsive and helpful. Additionally Joe, communicates very well and is a pleasant and friendly person. Joe always offers his help and is a hands on person and comes prepared by doing his homework to support the appraisal values.

Joseph was very thorough and very diligent on staying on top of EVERYTHING to make sure the job got done and that all parties were satisfied! As stressful as making a home purchase is, it was also really fun! No regrets with Joseph at all!!! Can't wait to do it again!!!

I had interviewed other realtors and Mr. Washick was the only one that seemed genuinely interested in my goals and satisfaction with his involvement and dedication to make the experience as stress free as possible and in keeping up constant and clear communication during every step of the process. Joe was patient, communicative and understanding that he needed to keep all parties involved and informed as this sale was for my late mother's estate and involved several siblings/ heirs and being respectful and patient in keeping all concerned parties involved and never failing to return phone calls and emails no matter what time or day of the week they occured. He was unfailingly polite and patient even though he would be answering the same questions by several family members and never gave the impression that he was repeating himself or that he was wasting his time in that regard His office assistant was always friendly and polite and relayed messages to him quickly and clearly keeping our line of communication open and accessable. As this was quite a stressful experience as my Mother passed away suddenly and unexpectedly Joe was patient and caring and I felt I could reach out to him anytime and he did everything in his power to answer any question and making this experience as stress free as he could. He really made me feel like he cared about the personal pain and loss we were going through during this process.

Joe came highly recommended. We wanted someone we could trust, we got that with Joe. Joe is a wealth of knowledge and extremely professional. He took his time explaining things to us in great detail. He understood our situation with my dad passing away. Always available even short notice. Went out of his way to accommodate anything we needed. Even helped us get keys to my brother in a pinch. Excellent communicator. Very respectable and kind. Nice advertising and pictures. Had it up and on line immediately. My mom is older, and we had lost our dad the day we moved out. The house was a disaster. He was so understanding, and made us feel very comfortable during the whole process. It was flawless and we were always kept informed. great experience Thank you Joe Washick for giving my mom a seamless transition during a difficult time. It really meant so much to our family.

Joseph Washick was always quick to respond and made it seem like selling our house was the most important thing to him. It sold in less than a week! And he stuck with it all the way to the closing.
