Joe Washick is very helpful. He cares about our plans and wants us to succeed. It is refreshing to get help from a true professional who is so engaging. Joe did a great job serving us in our purchase - we would recommend Joe highly.

Joseph was available most of the day (even late at night). He would email, text or call back within a few minutes. As I mentioned prior, he is very knowledgeable, friendly, resourceful, professional and communicates in an effectively and timely manner.

Joe was very personable and inviting. He NEVER pushed anything on me and patiently waited on my answers to his suggestions or thoughts as to what to act on next. He isn't hyper and aggressive toward the almighty sale. Joe was always positive as so am I even when contracts fell apart. I didn't have a clue on how to sell my mother's house or how to prepare it. Joe never refered to that inexperience when suggestions emerged or behaved in any way to that inexperience. He always asked for my thoughts and supported them fully. He certainly gave me suggestions and reflections from his experiences, that input helped me to better prepare the house and move it along for sale. I would certainly refer Jumping Joe to anyone looking for a realtor. I don't believe that God doesn't give you more than you can handle, what he does is God never leaves you alone, he sends strangers to enter your life to befriend you to help and guide you to confront your obstacles and overcome those difficult or stressfull times of your life. Doesn't matter in what capacity, there is always a reason. Joe was that stranger and I'm a better person for knowing him. House took awhile to sell, but hopefully the best buyer will find happiness in it.
