Seller reviewJoe was informative and listened to our concerns from start to finish. I asked him and another realtor for a CMA. Both were close on pricing but I thought working with Zjoe would be more advantageous. Larger compute and more eyes on the property. We had completed many renovations on the house and Joe realized the house was worth more than the exact homes selling in the neighborhood.

Seller reviewJoe and his wife Michelle went above and beyond helping me sell this property. They helped with advertising for our estate sale and brought donuts the day of the sale. After the sale they continued to sell a few items for me as I live 1000 miles away. They also cleared the garage of left over items to be able to show the house in a clean manner. Friendly, easy to communicate with, trustworthy and kind. I highly recommend Joe Zubrzycki to anyone.
