Where we would've just went in and signed to everything, Josh was there to negotiate better pricing, more options and even a better rate for the financing! He saved us thousands of dollars on a brand new home overall. He even was there at EVERY SINGLE builder meeting and inspection. He was there at final walk-through. I know he was busy but he made us feel like we were his only clients and that means a lot to us. I recommended him to all my family and friends and anyone who reads this review. The best!
