She was very calming when I would get upset that things didn't seem to be working out (from my own inexperience) in my favor. She was eager to show me several properties and weighed all my "wants" and "needs" in a property and pointed out things that I hadn't noticed. Joshlyn never made me feel like she was in it just to sell a house, I felt that she really cared that I got into the house that worked best for me.

My work schedule is often hectic and unpredictable but Joshlyn was incredibly patient, helpful, and creative with utilizing numerous avenues of communication to usher the process along. Together we looked at a handful of houses and quickly came to a shared understanding of what it was I was looking for and during a lull on my end, Joshlyn very tactfully shared other potential properties of interest. Joshlyn's work ethic and drive nurtured my trust of her and when I came across some unanticipated challenges during the homebuying process, her response and support solidified my belief that she was bound to fight on my behalf to put me in the house of my choice.
