He knew exactly what I was looking for, and would give me his honest and professional advice about different properties. Joshua was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand the entire process. I can be an impatient person person, and I needed to work with someone who would be very responsive. Joshua was extremely urgent with all communication. There were times when I would text him at 10PM, and he would respond within minutes! Joshua went above and beyond for my fiancé and I. We both loved working with Joshua. He was extremely professional, respectful, and one of the nicest people I have met. I would 100% recommend Joshua to anyone who is buying a house.

Buyer reviewJosh understood the restraints my schedule presented when trying to find a house but he did not allow that to keep us from finding out forever home in our desired neighborhood. Due to my schedule, I would often communicate with Josh outside of "normal" business hours and this was never a problem. He was always courteous and polite regardless of the time.
