Buyer reviewJosh is one of the hardest-working men I have ever met. He is very trustworthy and always did what he said he would do. He went over and beyond our expectations finding the right property for us. So much so, that I asked him to work with my son, who lives in Rogersville, to help find us the right place. Because my wife and I did not have the time to drive back and forth to Rogersville from Georgia, to look at houses, my wife and I, put an offer on the house we bought, having never seen the house in person. I trusted my son and Josh that much when they told us, that this house was exactly what we were looking for. I don't recommend everyone should do that, but it worked for us.

Buyer reviewJosh is down to earth and relatable!!! I didn't feel like I had to be a certain type of way to deal with him! The fancy suits are nice and all but what is more important to me is him being available and willing to work with me and what my needs are! He dealt with all my quirks and the stress of my situation with ease and was always willing to help anyway he could! The suits mean nothing if they aren't willing to show up and help their client! I knew that I could call/text him any time I had a concern! He was always keeping track and 5 steps ahead of where we needed to be! He wanted me to close on my home just as much as I did and that meant so much to me! It was never about the commission but more about me finding a place I could call home!
