After meeting Josh for the first time. My wife AND KIDS felt really comfortable. And his extreme knowlage when showing us houses what to look for.. Josh is just awesome. And my 2 lil boys felt very comfortable with Josh and thats a huge thing cuz they tend to be very shy around stragers. Anyway after being thru SEVERAL housesjosh knew what my wife wanted. Well bottom line. I cant say enough about JOSHUA, we consider him a friend, not just an agent and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOSHUA.. THANKS DUDE YOUR AWESOME

If we ever sold and bought again I would use Josh Lain. He was very accommodating in traveling throughout the areas we were interested in. Responded in a timely manner in seeing new homes put up for sale. Went above and beyond in dealing with issues that came up. Great guy to work with :-)
