Joy was always on top of everything and had our best interest at heart even though the sellers also used Century 21. She always proved to be on our side and was very knowledgeable on everything. As first time home buyers, we did not know a lot, and were able to use her as a very useful source of knowledge. When our first appraisal on the first house came back bad, she didn't push us to just settle because she wanted her commission, she actually encouraged us to make other decisions that were in our best interest. She also came with us to Louisburg to make the selections for our new house. She also made arrangements out of her day to be at the house to let the appliance and furniture delivery companies inside. I've already recommended Joy to several people, who are now using her to purchase their homes. If I sale or buy any real estate in the future, she will be the first person I call.

I walked into the office and was fortunate to be introduced to Joy. The property I was selling was unique and Joy understood what it was I wanted to accomplish. She knew the market and current trends and was able to guide me in a fair price and marketing strategies. She was confident, friendly and approachable. See previous comments. In addition, the buyers were completely non-English-speaking and had to rely on the availability of a relative to translate. Joy was patient and respectful in feeling with the delay with communications. She was quick to relay responses to me and was always available to me by email or phone. Joy worked very diligently with prospective buyers. The property consisted of a dilapidated single side mobile home and over grown acreage... not an easy sell. She studied the property and was able to point out the better qualities in the property which took a visionary! I was very pleased with everyone I had contact with at Hancock Properties in person or on the telephone.
