Helping people find their next step is what I love most about my job. When my clients are ready to move forward with that next step, I love being beside them from the beginning to the end of that process: walking with them, sharing my knowledge and experiences and allowing them to share their feelings along the way. As much as I love helping my clients, I feel they give back to me as well. I love the knowledge of life they share with me along this path and sometimes the friendships that end up being formed. I cannot imagine myself doing any other profession and so I look forward to helping you in your next step.

Buyer reviewJoyce was amazing from the first time we met. My husband was very nervous and was struggling to actually make a commitment on a house. Joyce was patient with him, even more so than I was. I wanted a house and I found a few I really liked. My husband said no to the last house Joyce showed us. I was so disappointed because it felt like "THE HOUSE" for us! It was perfect and I loved it. I had to tell Joyce that we weren't going to go ahead with the house. The next day my husband called Joyce EARLY and told her we wanted the house and could we still get it. Joyce had to work extra hard and call multiple people and she got it done! We got our house and I don't think any other realtor would have been able to do what she did!

She "held my hand" through the process from start to finish and was extremely patient with my ever changing timeline. She also has a network of trustworthy and professional contractors that helped me take care of a couple of last minute discrepancies during the inspection process. She was in constant communication throughout the process, and even reached out about some remaining repairs after the sale was finalized.
