A little bit about me that sets me apart from other Realtors: An Army Veteran and a military spouse for 13 years. Hard working Realtor having sold an average of over 3.5 million in homes in the past 3 years. A professional photographer who knows that great photos will help your home sell on the internet. A member of both the Hinesville (241 members) and Savannah (1723 members) Mulit-List (MLS) giving you lots of Realtor exposure. Previously a Medicare Customer Service Manager that understands how important communication can be for my clients. Seller reviewThis was not an easy house to sell. The market has been flat for ages, it's in a rather remote location (which is why it's so beautiful) and far less expensive houses have been built across the road, bringing the price of our house down. Joyce realized the situation very clearly - and helped us get realistic about pricing our house, then went about finding a buyer who would actually love and cherish the house the way we would. It certainly wasn't a money-maker, but once we got past the disappointment of pricing the house realistically, just as promised, Joyce found us a buyer. SO grateful for her thoughtful, professional and always friendly & helpful services! Very highly recommended.

Buyer reviewWe are a returning client of Mrs. Jarrell and just as before she did a great job helping my spouse find and explore deepwater options in the area. Her external input is always helpful in making sure a buy is a good value and can also see the potential in a property if it isn't apparent at first. Overall we enjoyed her company and expertise and if we ever needed to find something in the area involving real estate she will be our first call.

Seller reviewWe met Joyce and her husband at a Christmas dinner function and liked her immediately! She was quite friendly, open, and easy to approach. Joyce is a go-getter! Our area has not experienced the kind of sales growth seen in other areas of GA, so it took a while for our house to sell. Also, our house was pricey, and that cuts down on the number of prospective buyers, but Joyce stuck with us and got the job done! She always had our best interest in mind and helped us all the way through the selling process.
