I am a licensed REALTOR® in Idaho and Washington, serving the communities of the Lewis Clark Valley. What makes this job exciting and interesting for me is the people. The relationships I've built through real estate often lead to long-term friendships. Along with these relationships, I enjoy the camaraderie our agents have. We're a family and we support each other - that's what this profession is all about.
I have two grown daughters, one of which is still here with me in the valley. My other daughter lives in Hawaii and recently made me a proud grandmother. I have a large extended family and we love to get together, play cards and catch up on each others lives. Family is important to me and as a result, helping clients make the best decision for their families is of utmost importance.

Seller reviewWhen it came time to sell our Mothers home it was a hard decesision for the family, Joyce helped talk to all family members and help all through the process of selling. She was always ready and willing to answer any questions that we came up with in a timely matter. When closing time came, Joyce made it much more pleasent for my 99 year old mother to work through the process of selling. She was very attentive to my mothers needs and feelings at the time of closing, That helped our mom in a very difficult time in her life. Thankyou Joyce!
