I was looking to start the home buying process and talked to a few agents. These agents, all gave me slow responses and really dragged their feet. One day, JT stopped by my work on his way to get lunch to say hi. He used to work next door. Before he left, we spoke and I told him my plans and the issues I had with the other agents. JT assured me that he works at a different level. Immediately, JT got the ball rolling. I work during business hours and we got everything done after business hours - this man is working 24/7, I swear. We got approved and ratified quickly, won on an multi offer situation the same night after the home tour, and closed in 21 days! Exactly how we planned, very impressive Mr. Dickie. Highly recommended!
