Buyer reviewAs a first-time home-buyer, I had spent several months looking a home that fit my budget and needs. I found one on Zillow and reached out to her as she was the listing agent. She immediately came off as someone who is genuine and caring, someone I could trust. Over the next month, Ju went above the call of duty to help me and my partner decide on our first home. She understood our position and made us both feel like we had not just a trustworthy professional, but a friend who wanted us to have a fair deal. She was extremely responsive and always made herself available for questions or discussions over the phone. She understood my position, my thought process, and what I needed. Lastly, she never pressured me or my partner throughout the process. As a result, buying our first home with Ju was easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. Her communication, follow-through and partnership services are unparalleled with other agents that I worked with. In addition, I did not once ever feel like a customer of hers but instead felt like we were partners in a business venture. Ju listens to your needs (including must-haves, nice-to-haves and dealbreakers) and offers you sound real estate advice. Also, she provides you new listings frequently and is very opportunistic in jumping on a new listing if it meets your criteria. But in no way does she pressure you into making a decision to make a quick sale. At the end of the day, I trust her and would not work with anyone else when it comes time to look for my next home.
