When issues came up from home inspections or other issues needed to be addressed he had a case network and willingness to help however he could. He always kept a positive attitude even when our buyer were having worries about stuff on the home inspections. If I had to refer someone to any one I knew selling or buying a home in the southern Maryland area they would without hesitation be getting Juan's number.
