He called once a week, as promised, to report on the status of the sales effort, and returned phone calls promptly, When issues with the buyers delayed the sale, Juan recommended how to handle things. In the end, I was satisfied with the amount of time it took to sell our house, very pleased with the sales price, and happy with how the Juan managed the process.
