Seller reviewJuan Carlos was very attentive to my needs for selling the house quickly & keeping repairs to a minimum. He was ALWAYS available to answer my questions & concerns. He always kept me in the loop on status, I never wondered what was going on. He managed a lot of the paperwork with DocuSign, which saved me a lot of time sine I live in Nevada now. He saved me a tremendous amount of stress by researching & discovering the payoff of an old refinance from 1977 that title was not able to find, therefore I didn't have to provide a bond for the buyer's protection. Juan Carlos was instrumental in making my escrow a smooth one. If I were selling another house, I would not hesitate for an instant to contact Juan Carlos first to be my agent. Juan Carlos took the worry out of selling the house. I trusted his experience.

Most importantly, he educated me on many things I didn't know about, was transparent, and his communication throughout the entire 6 month process of working together was clear and immediate. JC listened to my needs, the situation with my family, was patient when I had to pause to reassess my financial situation, and was available and response at all times, especially when I was ready to resume and time was essential to lock down a competitive rate. Overall it was an excellent experience. My fiancée and I sold our home just in time to close in our new home. JC made me feel at ease by his experience and his honesty. I would highly recommend JC to anyone new or experienced in the market. This being my 3rd rodeo with home purchases, I learned a lot of new things from his advice.
