This was an estate sale, with the initial goal to sell "As-Is". My realtor, Judi Agostinelli, did advise on some repairs and upgrades, although did honor my desire to test the market place first for someone who would buy the property with the intent to do the repairs and upgrades themselves and to their own tastes. A valuable tool that she had was the electronic feedback survey I got after each visit with the response of each prospective buyer on the pros and cons of the property. This tool proved the marketplace was flooded with people who wanted move-in conditions and so we upgraded, raised the price and ultimately sold the property I did not just hit excellent on all the characteristics without seriously considering each characteristic. I sincerelty could not have done this without Judi. I live out-of-state and relied heavily on her expertise. Judi was invaluable in helping me locate reputable contractors who did the repairs and upgrades to the property. Clear and timely communications, being accessible and above all being professional were particularly appreciated. Michelle Grosso assisted Judi and diligently facilitated the completion of the sale particularly with respect to relaying messages and the documentation I needed to sign. I simultaneously was selling 3 properties in New York. My experience with two different NY realty firms (not Century 21) did not compare to the sales experience provided by Judi. One NY agent gave me sporadic and incomplete feedback on the sale of one property while the other did attempt to provide feedback on the others, but I was spoiled by getttinng Judi's electronic survey from each visitor to the property being sold in PA. Another tangential note: I bought a resort Condo on Lake Chautauqua in NY and was pleased with our NY Century 21 agent during that sale. Bottom line, I would recommend Judi without reservation for anyone needing a truely professional sales agent.
