WE never forgot how great a job he did and we figured Judie's business and professionalism was just as great and it was. Judie is smart, very professional, awesome agent!! I would refer her to other people. She is downright smart and knows her stuff. She is in a class of her own. I feel for fortunate to know her.

Seller reviewWhen I first started working with Judie Burnham, she was able to answer all of my questions. She was able to help me evaluate my budget, and determine a safe amount to list my home for. Judie provided electronic signature documents (something she didn't have to do), that made things WAY easier! She was never late to meet with me and always answered my emails and phone calls promptly. Judie explained every detail of all documents and money owed, so I was able to know what to expect when the final day of closing would approach. She's a people person for sure! I felt comfortable from the beginning and at no time during our interactions did I ever feel like the selling of my home or the hoops we were jumping through were a burden. It's refreshing to have someone there to stick through the process of a home sale and providing the much needed support. I would definitely recommend Judie Burnham to anyone! If you have someone like her working with you, I know they will be taken care of like I was, and that can only lead to good things.

We wish we had more homes for Judie to help us sell! She is an amazing asset and friend to our family and a great find for Century 21. Judy helped us to price our home appropriately. My initial estimation for the price of the home was lower than hers - we went with her direction and as a result realized a greater gain for our home. She was aware of the current market and was able to raise our expectations appropriately.
