Buyer reviewI was referred to Judy Suder by a friend. She advised me that if I wanted to buy at the shore, Judy was my go-to girl and boy was she right! Judy is very knowledgeable of the area and is full of energy. I had a million questions and she was always available to help. Her kindness and expertise are greatly appreciated. While visiting properties she knew the questions to ask (we were looking at condos) and always made our concerns her concerns. I would LOVE to work with Judy again, and I absolutely will refer her to my friends and family! Judy is A++ and the nicest lady in real estate!

Buyer reviewI called the number on a property page with a question I had about the property in WC- a bank-owned condo. Judy is the agent who returned my call. She answered my question, did not pressure me, and sent notices of places for sale. When I was ready, I called with a list of properties I wanted to see; she would make recommendations too. (I used Trulia for searching). I started the search in Wildwood Crest and expanded my search to Villas. Bottom line- my dream became a reality and I now own a house at the shore!! Judy was extremely patient! I live 3 hours away and my visits kept us busy for hours on a Saturday or Sunday. My emails/questions were answered within 24 hours- usually same day. Her knowledge of the area streamlined the search.
