I was selling my late sister's California condo from my home in Maryland, across the country, and Judy Borowski made it almost effortless for me.

We sold a house with Judy and she did an outstanding job. So long as Judy is in the business, we would only use her. She Is always efficient and on time. She makes sure that everything gets done. When we wanted to buy in the area again, we used Judy because we knew that she would do an outstanding job. She makes things go very smooth and takes the worries away from us.

(The property later was officially appraised at that same value.) We accepted that offer, and escrow closed in about four weeks, with only minor issues.
