We put the house on the market and left first the state, then the country. Judy not only found us a couple of over-asking buyers, she managed to persuade one to, um, enhance the offer. She then showed extraordinary perseverance and patience in dealing with what at times seemed to be the contractors from Hell and made the closing happen despite them.
