Seller reviewHaving worked with Judy before, it was an easy decision to make when I decided to sell my home. I knew she would be perfect for the job and I knew how accommodating, knowledgeable and generally wonderful she was to work with. Judy was wonderful at explaining the expectations and process of selling my house. As someone with very limited knowledge in this area and a first time seller, I trusted her guidance and thorough interpretation of forms I was responsible for signing. Through the purchasing of 2 homes previously with Judy and the selling of this home, Judy has always been top notch! She goes above and beyond to be accessible and available for questions or concerns. It is so obvious when you're working with her that she's on your side and working for you and your best interest!

Seller reviewJudy was an outstanding help throughout the selling process, going above and beyond her general role. With immediate offers coming in, Judy was so helpful in deciding what the best decisions were. Moving into inspections and negations Judy was outstandingly considerate and polite about scheduling. She conducted herself calmly, tactfully, and with integrity through a rather complex negotiation. Closing from halfway across the country was nerve-wracking, but I felt comfortable knowing I had the support and guidance of Judy. As a first time seller, I don't know what I would have done without her guidance. Would recommend her to anyone!
