I have worked in real estate for an attorney office dealing with REO properties for near 15 years from NY down to SC. In that time, there are few realtors that I have dealt with who have come close to the communication skills and knowledge it takes to work in real estate. Judy is by far one of the best if not the best at what she does.

In fact we were so impressed that when we went to sell now in 2021, we wanted her to list and represent us! She not only met our high expectations, she exceeded them. Judy was in direct contact with us throughout the process and helped with all our questions. She had great turn around on texts, answered her phone when we called, or returned calls promptly if she wasn't initially available. She was able to recommend local folks who quickly helped with last minute fixes we wanted to make before listing. Photography and home descriptions were extremely well done. Judy's market analysis and recommendations were right on target. We sold quickly and had smooth closing . . . Judy even re-sent us our deliverables for closing that morning so we didn't forget anything!! Thank you Judy!!!
