Buyer reviewIn a word Judy is an ANGEL. She is so personable and extremely knowledgeable about home ownership and maintenance. Some agents I've worked with in the past gave the impression they cared about the commission and not the client but that is not Judy. She knew I was a single mom with a toddler and made sure to point out safety concerns and building imperfections so that I could find the best fit for our needs. She was so patient and spent so much time with my family while we toured countless homes. She is an incredible negotiator and provided some strategic ideas for making offers. Judy is one of those people that you feel like you have known your whole life and I will happily direct all other prospective buyers to her.

She is a hard-working and conscientious person who has demonstrably gone the extra mile for the benefit of her clients. In one purchase opportunity, the seller raised the price of the house after contract terms were agreed and signed by me. This was upsetting, and even points to a vein of shadiness by some individuals in the real estate business. I was very pleased to work with Judy who is honest and of a high ethical standard.
