When a question was posed that pertained to something unfamiliar (longer history of the home, or surrounding area) Judy researched and got answers back in short order. it was a pleasure to have worked with Judy. I would work with her again on another home should we have the chance. Lastly and of important note, Judy's follow up post-sale on the safety and security of our family and home (due to a terrible storm) went beyond just a business transaction. This was such a sweet and friendly touch and was truly appreciated. it is such a great feeling being a new homeowner and new to the area to have someone in the community care as much to reach out about our well being. True class act! Great Job Judy, and thanks for being a friend.

Buyer reviewAfter meeting with Judy and going to my first house she showed to me, I could tell that she had the expertise I was looking for in the area. She listened to what I needed, and was able to get me to the proper houses with ease. As difficult as a 203K loan can be, she helped with meeting contractors when I could not. She also Worked with my finance person as well. Constant contact and attention to detail is so crucial for customer satisfaction. Never did I have to wonder about anything, she already had it handled. She understood and went above and beyond her line of duty to help make it happen. And lastly as concerned as I was with the whole transaction, I never had an agent help with things like she did. I am highly satisfied, and it takes a lot for me to say that. I would highly recommend Judy Leary Wagner and her team at Geba Realty!
