Buyer reviewThough this was not my first time buying/selling a home, I always forget all that goes into doing so. Judy's expertise and ability to work with others (lenders, realtors, lawyers) is so valuable! She explains each step, when it needs to be done, and answers all my questions along the way. Even if things get complex, Judy has the ability to make things seem easy. I trust Judy 100%. She is professional, and always willing to work around my schedule. Even when my schedule was limiting, Judy was always willing to help out (inspections, etc). This really helped keep things running smoothly, and avoid unnecessary delays.

Seller reviewCommunication is big for me. Judy was excellent to deal with. Living in NH 4hours away during the sale had it challenges for me. Judy always kept in constant communication whether it was by phone or email regarding every aspect of the sale. She called with all offers answering any questions that we had and always forwarded documents via email for processing. Judy was very helpful she offered and met individuals as needed concerning inspections and anything else that we needed her for.
