Judy Rooney-Davis has been serving buyers and sellers in the Northwest Indiana Region since 1990 and expanded her region to Southwest Michigan in 2020 to better serve her second home buyers. Rooney-Davis is originally from Michigan and has resided in Valparaiso with her husband Steve as her home 'forever'. Judy is a graduate from Valparaiso High School and still 'bleeds' green to this day. Judy is very involved in many charity organizations as well as the President of the Realtor Association NIRA and a member of NAR and IAR. Actively participates in watching legislation at all levels to ensure property owners rights come first. Buyer reviewWe cannot recommend Judy Rooney-Davis enough! She is extremely patient and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we found our dream home. She recommended a great mortgage broker and was an excellent source of information about the home buying process since we were first-time home buyers. She also told us about the Homes for Heroes program which helps those who work in certain service industries afford homes, We qualified and later received a check in the mail after closing on our home for $1771! Without Judy we never would have known about this benefit. I'm recommending her to all my colleagues!
