Seller reviewThis effort went for 9 months. A lot of up and down. Judy made a very good website. We had a lot of lookers but no offers. Judy mde a good pricing evaluation and the final sales price was in her price range. The buyer started looking at the property in May and it was on and off until late December. There was another Realer involved. It almost went off the rail at the last minute. None of this was Judy's fault. This was a tough buyer. Judy would help me when things went low on the roller coaster. She never gave up or went negative. She worked hard and earned every bit of her fee. I would her again, but I never want to go thru this again.
