She seemed genuinely interested in us finding the house we wanted. She was great, always available, very quick to respond, and super understanding.

Julia was not pushy but also knew it's a hot market. She made it known that houses were selling fast but advised to not settle on a house just because of this but rather to wait and the right one will come along. She was always available to answer questions and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Julia Rajnus when purchasing a home.
