Buyer reviewWe looked at homes with 3 other brokers before finding Julia. With the others we felt that because the $ amount that we wanted to look at for a home was low initially the first person was not interested in our business if she was not making tons of money. The next 2, we just didn't click with their personality. When we looked with Julia we were very pleased. We felt she was on our side, she made every effort to explain things to us.

She handled issues with our mortgage lender and also helped to communicate with the builder of our new home. Julia was quick to answer calls, e-mails, and text messages. Buyer reviewWe first contacted Julia Rajnus on a Tuesday morning asking about some properties we saw online, and she set up viewings for that coming Saturday. She was not able to be at one of the houses but had someone from her office meet us there. She then met us at her office at the agreed-upon time and took us out to the second property. As soon as we saw it, we knew it was "the one". We went back to her office where she put the documents together to put in a bid. She submitted the bid that day and the counter was on that next Monday and we agreed to it. The entire process took only four weeks from the time we looked at properties until the time the house closed. She kept us informed every step of the way and was very proactive. We never had to contact her to ask where we were in the process. We were able to talk to her as if she was a friend from the first moment, sharing stories about our families and how we all chose the Klamath Falls area to live. We were very fortunate to have found her and will definitely refer her and would ask her to be our realtor again.
