I pride myself on my ability to truly listen to my clients' needs and connect them with opportunities that best match those needs. Additionally, I maintain an open-door policy and return phone calls and email promptly to ensure responsive, transparent, and personable service. Communication is key. My goal is to help you through the process of selling and/or buying your new home. I am originally from Joliet, Illinois where I started working for a major retailer. Working with that retailer, I relocated to Texas, then Indiana and finally ended up in the Madison area. I have been married for 10 years and enjoy spending time outdoors during the summer. I am an avid animal lover with 4 cats.

Our house was on the market less than 2 weeks. Julie had aggressive sales tactics, was very communicative with sales strategies, kept us updated with showings/offers and was always there to answer questions for us, no matter what time of day or night. Julie was amazing! We hope to be in our new house for several years, but when we are ready to sell, we plan to contact Julie! The fast sale of our townhouse was everything we hoped for.
