Seller reviewWe have used Julie Clark in the past and because of our excellent experience and her professionalism we used her again - and would use her in the future. We have referred her to relatives to use in the sale of their house. She worked hard at getting advertisements out and putting together an open house. The house got 3 offers at open house which one of them we accepted. The house sold in about 3 days over asking price.

I have never once felt pressured by her and she is always so willing and available to go look at properties. Everything stayed on track and on schedule with both buying experiences which was such a relief during what can be a fairly stressful process. I would highly recommend working with Julie. She is very knowledgeable about the Placerville and surrounding areas because she has lived here forever. Being part of the community and having relationships with other agents in the area is such an incredible asset during this process. 10/10 experience!
