The build was also a long process (10 months from contract signing to build completion) and we were only around for the last 5 months, but prior to that Julie always kept us in the loop and followed up with the sales representative as needed. She is also very well connected in the area, she got us in touch with a fantastic designer who helped us make design decisions and contractors.
