I have a passion for helping people and investing in their lives and being a Real Estate Agent is the perfect way to accomplish that. I believe my clients deserve all of my focus & energy into serving them and being their advocate and I want their real estate experience to be enjoyable. Buying or selling a home is a major life event and working together in that process should evolve into a relationship and not just be considered a transaction. One of the greatest commands is to "love your neighbor as yourself" and I strive to live by that command every day with the utmost honesty & integrity. Buyer reviewBuying land in another county was fairly new and different for Julie. She provided cost and price data, worked will with the other agent with my 100 questions, and was always available to my texts. Julie explained all the details of the contract and set up the closing and such to my schedule.

She was patient, really wanting to know our needs and wants for our family. Julie was genuine at every turn...providing useful information about the home, the process, the area. Buyer reviewJulie Fox was just super in her role as our agent. She met us at a hotel when we first arrived in December 2019, and listened thoughtfully to our needs. She patiently waited for us to really arrive at a position to make serious offers in the spring of 2020, and once we did, she guided us very well. At one point we opted out of contract as we were not comfortable, and Julie supported our decision. Once we found "the home" we got our offer submitted, accepted, and closed quickly. Throughout the entire process Julie remained accessible to us, timely in communications, and responsive to our questions or concerns. She made recommendations in vital areas such as home inspection, subject matter expert contractors, and home warranty companies. All in all the process for buying our forever home went very well...and Julie certainly played a vital role! We are quite happy! To paraphrase Julie, "Customers first...friends for life!"
