Julie also was very curtious when it came to communication she not only replied and got answers quickly but went above and beyond in communicating between us and the sellers when it came to other communications, such as questions on how to run things etc. I cannot express enough the wonderful person Julie was to me, my husband , and our young child. She went above and beyond while showing us the property , talking us through giving an offer , all the paperwork, and the closing and everything in between. She had all the answers of questions we asked or found out the answers within a very short time. Many times we even went to Julie when our realtor in our previous property in another state was not as helpful or as prompt. I would and will be recommending Julie to anyone that will be buying/ selling in this area.
