Buyer reviewThe sellers were very difficult to work with and required extra attention on Julie's part. She stayed on top of things especially deadlines that needed to be extended due to the sellers lack of response. Julie was persistent and the deal finally got done. Julie's communication skills and availability were excellent. She always kept me up to date where things were during the entire purchase. Her follow up after closing has also been exceptional.

Buyer reviewI wholeheartedly reccomend Julie Harris for your sale or purchase. Julie covered both for us but I was really impressed by how well Julie covered the purchase of our new home. We had particularly difficult sellers and the communication from them was extremely slow and at times non-existent. She handled this with grace, understood my frustration and continually pushed the listing agent to get answers from her clients. We almost changed our minds at the last minute and Julie was always on board to do whatever we wanted and continually offered her experience and expertise to make things as smooth as possible for us. We ended up in our dream home and I am so thankful we had Julie helping us!
