Seller reviewJulie is outstanding at her job. Julie was always available 7 days a week to answer questions by phone, text, or e-mail. Every time Julie answers the phone you can actually hear her smiling on the other end of the line. I'm in the construction industry and I understand the intricacies of residential homes but my knowledge of the sales process is remedial at best and Julie walked my family through every step of the process. If we ever sell or buy another home again our first call will be to JVP!!!

I had never been to Florida before and was on an extremely tight schedule for finding a house and closing before my new job start date. I was also a first time home owner, so I was new to the area and the home buying process. Julie provided the much needed local knowledge and expertise in the local market, and the home buying process. She was always available for my question, even late at night with the 3 hour time zone difference! I couldn't have done it all so successfully and in such a short timeframe without her help and guidance- she is truly a miracle worker! Thanks Julie!

Had a small hiccup with the buyer running into some issues and Julie kept the deal alive. The entire team was amazing and swept into action to mitigate the things that came up.
