Julie and her husband grew up in Le Mars and lived in Colorado for 10 years before deciding to move back to Le Mars with their 2 young daughters. She says she loves being a "hometown, homegrown girl." She said she was inspired to enter real estate by the process of selling their current home. She looks forward to the new challenges and opportunities that real estate brings. Julie looks forward to helping future clients find their sense of community and belonging in Le Mars and Siouxland.

Other people had the opinion that we should "do it ourselves", but selling a house is a big investment we didn't want to get wrong just to save a little money. She made the process so easy and took away a lot of the stress that comes from such a big undertaking. We loved that the home sold so quickly, and really felt like we were a priority for her. It may have only taken a few days to sell our house, but the time and effort Julie put in to preparing us and answering all our questions throughout the process really put us at ease. We knew that our home was in excellent hands.
