I switched to Julie, and unfortunately the market had slowed significantly, but she was proactive from the start. She communicates, understands the real-estate market, and lets you know exactly what needs to be done to motivate buyers. My house sold quickly. Her guidance is spot on and you couldn't ask for a nicer person to work with. I highly recommend Julie.
