Buyer reviewWhen tyring to find a new home we faced never before seen hurdles ranging from being outbid numerous times in a super competitive market, to dealing with head scratching tactics from some of the selling agents. However, Julie Posey was the constant calm during these trials and tribulations and she was always available to answer our questions, quell our concerns, and offer sound professional advice. This is our second time working with Julie and like before, it's been great working with her. Should we be in the market to venture down the real estate market a third time, there's no doubt Julie Posey is the agent we are going to contact.

Seller reviewJulie went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. She kept us updated every step of the way. We revived three offers two days after the property was listed. Julie obviously had the list price right. We accepted an offer the next day and never had any problems. I wish I had another property to sell because I would love for Julie to be my listing agent again.

Seller reviewJulie was patient, kind and knowledgeable throughout the selling process. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Some agents seem pushy but I had a total positive experience working with Julie. I was considering renting the condo before I decided to sell. I was going to use Julie as my property manager but when I decided to sell I was comfortable choosing her as my realtor. She did not push me to rent or sell and wanted that to be my personal decision. I appreciate that Julie had an open house for us and printed very professional campaigns and advertisements. She had a professional photographer come out and I feel that the advertisements and open house really helped sell my condo in this market. I am thrilled with the outcome of the sale of the condo. Everything went smoothly and Julie was in complete communication throughout the process. Overall the condo sold quickly and I got the asking price for the condo. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Without her expertise and contacts with local companies we would never have completed the sale. Julie is always on top of the situation. If an issue arises she is able to address it immediately and keep the process on track. The sale would not have been completed without Julie as our realtor!!
