Seller reviewJulie is the best real estate agent in the known universe. Trying to sell a home in Wisconsin while living in Maryland seemed impossible but not with Julie. She handled everything (including the kitchen sink) with a wonderfully positive attitude and exceptional professionalism. She answered every call and smoothed out every wrinkle with kind reassurance and a calm and pleasant demeanor every step of the way. Julie was able to find a buyer who was willing and able to take on a property that had served as a rental to a series of tenants who hadn't cared for it kindly at a price that made sense to myself and the buyer. I don't think Julie earned enough on this sale given everything she did and when I expressed that to her she simply told she was more interested in my satisfaction than her commission. I am profoundly grateful to Julie for everything she did to make this sale happen. Thank you Julie.
